LATINA Style Announces the Top 10 Hispanic Employee Resource Groups of the Year for 2015

Washington, D.C., November 30, 2015 — Since 2010 LATINA Style has recognized and honored the best Hispanic Employee Resource Groups (ERGs) in the country. ERGs provide growth for their members, assist in business goals, and are key resources to a company’s bottom line. The 6th Annual Top ERGs for 2015 were selected based on a number of criteria relating to business impact, employee empowerment and community involvement.

LATINA Style is proud to announce the top 10 Employee Resource Groups being recognized for exceptional leadership and vision: Professional Latino Allstate Network (PLAN) of Allstate Insurance Company; HACEMOS of AT&T; Hispanic/Latino Organization for Leadership and Advancement (HOLA) of Bank of America; Hispanic Network of Capital One; Unidos of Comcast NBCUniversal, GM Hispanic Initiative Team (GM HIT) of General Motors, Hispanic Organization for Leadership and Achievement (HOLA) of Johnson & Johnson; Adelante of PepsiCo; Hispanic/Latino Associate Resource Group of Walmart; and Latin Connection Team Member Network of Wells Fargo & Company. These ERGs are great examples of how a company can utilize these groups to connect and empower the local community, provide mentoring and training resources to its members, and aid in the innovation and reinvigoration of a company’s business. This year’s “Top 10 Hispanic Employee Resource Groups” are highlighted in the 2015 Nov/Dec Issue of LATINA Style Magazine.
