This annual recognition is designed to highlight individual Latina achievement as well as the company that provided the senior leadership opportunity. We are accepting nominations for Latinas from every leadership level (Vice Presidents, General Managers, Directors, and Managers) for review and consideration.
The 2012 Latina Executive of the Year will receive:
- A feature profile in the November/December issue of LATINA Style Magazine
- Recognition in a national press release
- Award recognition at the 2012 LATINA Style 50 Diversity Leaders Conference on February 7, 2013. Must be present to receive the recognition.
Candidates will be assessed based on the following criteria:
How has this executive demonstrated excellence in leadership? How has she made her team and those she leads better? Does she have additional leadership roles in any affinity groups or other company programs?
How does this executive give back to her community? Is she involved in any community-based organizations? Does she encourage her company to get involved in her community? Does she dedicate her personal time?
How has this executive contributed to the development of her company? What impact has she made on her company’s bottom line? Has she boosted productivity/sales?

Your nomination can be in the format you best see fit including but not limited to PowerPoint or word narrative. Feel free to include any other relevant info such as lists of awards and recognitions. All info you send will become property of LATINA Style and cannot be returned.
