Chrysler Group LLC Names Georgette Borrego Dulworth as the Head of Talent Acquisition and Global Diversity
Georgette Borrego Dulworth has been appointed to director of Talent Acquisition and Global Diversity, Chrysler Group LLC. Dulworth joins Chrysler Group with 20 years of cross-functional experience in human resources, legal, finance, and corporate administration. She joins Chrysler Group from Cobasys LLC, where she served as general counsel, managing all legal matters for the company. Dulworth is also the former owner and CEO of Tech-Line Automation, Inc., a certified Michigan minority-owned engineering firm and a Tier 1 supplier to the automotive industry, including the former DaimlerChrysler.
At Chrysler Group, Dulworth is responsible for overall recruitment of top talent and the management of corporate hiring practices for salaried and hourly personnel. She will also lead Chrysler Group’s Diversity Office to further enhance the Company’s success as a recognized leader in diversity in an increasingly complex, multicultural marketplace.

Dulworth is a member of the Board of Directors of the Detroit Regional Chamber and is the Committee Chair of the Hispanic community-based program Boys Hope Girls Hope-Detroit. She is also the founding Chairperson of the Centro Mexicano de Michigan.
Andrea Delgado
MillerCoors named Andrea Delgado, senior policy analyst and communications manager for the Labor Council for Latin American Advancement (LCLAA) its 2011 Líder of the Year. Delgado was among 12 outstanding Latino leaders from all over the nation nominated for their leadership and contributions to their communities. The MillerCoors Líder of the year is chosen by public vote where Delgado won 42 percent of the 25,464 votes cast. As the winner, Delgado will receive $25,000 to implement a Latino Leadership Program with LCLAA. “LCLAA, our National Executive Board, and our membership is delighted and proud that one of our own has been honored with this recognition,” says Milton Rosado, LCLAA’s national president. “Andrea is a young and talented Latina who cares deeply about the issues that affect the well-being of working families and we are fortunate that in LCLAA, she found a place where she could grow into the passionate labor and environmental activist she is today.” Delgado has thrived and demonstrated just how passionate and committed she is about addressing a range of issues that affect families across the U.S., especially those related to the Latino community.
Irela Bague.
Just Energy, a natural gas and electricity retailer appointed Irela Bague as regional director of Public Relations and Corporate Affairs. Based in Miami, Bague will be responsible for marketing Just Energy’s green Just Clean™ Lifestyle program in Florida and throughout the United States. Bague will play an integral role as the company continues to build on its suite of green energy programs and consumer offerings in Florida and beyond.
Dr Sonia Molina.
Born in El Salvador, Dr. Sonia Molina recently became president of the Los Angeles Dental Society. She has also become the first Latina to head the Los Angeles Dental Society in 76 years. Dr. Molina will lead the 1,200-member organization, and direct health and dental policy. Molina’s early years are filled with fond memories of her grandmother, who raised her while her mother worked in the U.S., and whom she credits as the source of her strong work ethic.
